Agung Fitriana graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Art and Design at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), majoring in painting. He held his solo exhibition “CROSSTRANSLATION” at Arya Seni Art Gallery in 2010. Recent exhibitions and fairs he has taken part in include the “Artmoments – jogja” exhibition at the Jogja National Museum, “Melihat Indonesia” (Seeing Indonesia) at the Ciputra Artpreneur Gallery, and Bazaar Art Jakarta (2015, 2013). Fitriana had been a top 40 finalist of the Gudang Garam-Indonesia Art Award 2013, taking part in the finalists’ exhibition “Postmedium [idiolect]” at the National Gallery of Indonesia. His works have been shown at international art fairs such as the Korea International Art Fair (2013), and Art Stage Singapore 2012 with Vanessa Art Link. He currently lives and works with his wife and fellow artist Windi Apriani in a studio in eastern Bandung.
